Bill Helms is the Vice Chairman of the Board of BBVA USA and BBVA USA Bancshares.
Previously the executive officer and head of Wealth Management, Helms was responsible for the strategy and growth of private banking, asset management, international wealth management, broker-dealer activities, and registered investment advisors.
Before joining BBVA
USA in 2003, Helms spent 17 years with Bank of America in a number of progressively responsible positions, culminating as co-president of Bank of America’s private bank. He also spent 11 years at JPMorgan Chase, first as a credit analyst and ultimately as vice president of the corporate division.
