William started his first company alongside his father at the age of 17 which was focused on consulting and trade of Czech Artisanal Glass. At the age of 20 he stated working in the Financial Industry where he quickly grew to lead a team of more then 60 people and gained valuable knowledge and experience which he used to start his family VC office,
WJ Ventures. He started investing into startups in SaaS, FinTech, Esports and Crypto as well as traditional Real-Estate and Stocks. He is passionate about Education and Security that is why he volunteers in the Prague 6 Security Comission.
