Mustard is a Chief Executive Officer and Board Director who is known for his insightful strategic and execution capability and his versatility in growing businesses in a variety of sectors in global markets. He developed his extensive financial and operating management skills by leading start-up business efforts and by refocusing businesses that

needed to get back on track. He is a problem solver and is well regarded for his root cause analysis and developing pragmatic solutions.

He has led the strategic financial leadership function for a high growth, NASDAQ-listed global wireless telecoms operator in over 20 countries in Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe and Latin America, executed complex cross border transactions and financial reorganizations.

He established and grew a privately held investment holding company with business interests in the USA, Europe, Asia and Latin America and appreciates the challenges that arise from such cultural diversity and business practices. He grew the business from zero to sales revenue of more than $200 million.

He was hired to undertake a strategic review of a privately held investment holding company with over $350 million of assets under management with over 25 portfolio investments and successfully repositioned the fund through strategic realignment, sale of interests and closure of terminal businesses. Mustard overhauled corporate governance throughout the portfolio companies and instituted standards of performance that re-established appropriate levels of control and oversight. He also led the charge to fix overseas contracts and put in place alternative outsource solutions by applying his deep understanding of cultural differences and associated business practices.

He was the global head of the financial and operations investigations team for the Stenbeck Group of companies (incorporating seven public companies) with about 400 companies in 45 countries. Accordingly, driving change through improved control environments, revenue protection and enhancement methodologies and fraud management.

He has undertaken organizational reviews to ensure that the organization has the skills, talents, capabilities and capacities required to fulfill the vision, strategy and executable business plan. He has developed and implemented professional development and staff training programs to build and retain high performing international management teams and instituted succession planning. He has been coach and mentor to developing professionals and executives. He is a presenter and speaker on a broad array of subject matter that includes elevating performance and strategy development and implementation.

Bill was recently a Board Director of Mincron, a privately held ERP software company, which was successfully sold to a strategic overseas acquiror expanding in the United States.

He is a past director of two public companies: Miltope, a manufacturer and provider of ruggedized integrated solutions for land, marine and airborne applications for US military and commercial airlines; and, MTI Technology, a provider of data storage equipment and value added application solutions in the USA and Europe. He sat on the MTI Audit Committee and undertook special business reviews.

He is a past director of multiple private companies including Chairmanship of Boards and membership of Audit and Compensation Committees for the Stenbeck Group of Companies and for the Noorda family interests through Canopy Group ranging in size from startups to companies generating $250 million in sales revenue with the majority with sales revenue between $10 million and $90 million.

He has also been Secretary to the Board of Millicom, a Luxembourg based public company, with market capitalization of more than $7 billion.

Bill has an MA (Honors) in Economic Science and post-graduate CAS in Accountancy and Law both from the University of Aberdeen. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

He has completed the Oxford University Business Summer School Program and the Harvard Business School Corporate Strategy Program.

Bill is an active hiker, cyclist and skier. He is a USSA freestyle judge and spends his winter weekends working with talented athletes at mogul and slopestyle events at mountains on the USSA circuit mostly in New England and New York.
