I believe in the strength of empowering people to achieve their best and in the power of execution by aligning and facilitating teams to work better together, focusing their efforts to make measurable contributions that drive the company forward towards a common objective.
In my career I was lucky to enjoy working on search, behavioural and digital advertising technologies, study of networks, social communities, gamification engines, digital travel systems, big data, mobile marketing, corporate strategy and execution frameworks among Italy, UK, USA, China and Korea; building and leading Product, Data, BI, Strategy Execution and Corporate Program teams.
My international and multi-field experience enables me to connect between people and groups, understanding and empowering cultural differences.
I am a very ambitious, pragmatic, data driven and fast learning person and I love to jump on new challenges which stimulate myself in always doing better and acquiring new knowledge.
On top of my day by day activities, I run consultancies and trainings on product development, strategy execution and OKRs framework.
Eventually (I would say fist of all), I am a lucky husband and a very proud and dedicated father :-)
