Dr. Xiaowei Ding is a medical image analysis and machine learning researcher.He received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2012 and PhD in Computer Science (minor in Applied Mathematics) from UCLA in 2015. He is a research assistant professor in the UCLA Computer Science Department.
Previously, he was a research assistant at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, in the Biomedical Imaging Research Institute and the Artificial Intelligence in Medicine Program. He serves as an editorial board member and reviewer for several top medical and technical journals and conferences.
