Yaron Samid is an Israeli-American technology entrepreneur, investor, and startup community builder. Yaron is the founder of TechAviv, the 3K-member global Israeli startup founders club, and is the managing partner of TechAviv Founder Partners, a pre-seed venture fund, backed and powered by over 100 of the world’s most successful company builders.
Previously, Yaron was the founder and CEO at BillGuard (Acq. by Prosper), founder & CPO at Pando (Acq. by Microsoft), and a founding board director at CloudLock (Acq. by Cisco) and Pond5.
Yaron lives in Tel Aviv with his family and is a regular guest lecturer at Stanford and Columbia Business School. He attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and the University of Maryland.
