Yi Chao is the founder, President and CEO of Seatrec, Inc., commercializing patent granted technology licensed from Caltech. Prior to founding Seatrec, he was working for NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory for more than 20 years. Yi Chao holds a Ph.D. degree in oceanography from Princeton University.
