Zai is the Co-founder and UI architect for Nephosity and DNAnexus as a xVantage Innovation, Director. He has built various iOS apps, including an offline maps app that ranked as high as #1 in travel category for the iPad app store. He also has over 15 years of experience building traditional, touch and gestural user interfaces as well as data
visualization programs at Oblong Industries, Bunkspeed and UCLA.
Zai has an MFA in Design | Media Arts and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.
