EndoDINO, an AI foundation model for endoscopic imaging. Trained on data from over 130,000 procedure videos, EndoDINO achieves state-of-the-art performance in a wide range of GI endoscopy benchmarks. Most importantly, EndoDINO is capable of predicting placebo and drug response rates in patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease from just a baseline colonoscopy video. This will enable significantly more efficient clinical trials and opens up possibilities for personalized medicine in IBD.
