Bill is a co-founder of B-Stock Solutions. He likes to make technology bend to his will and is often heard to say "___ cannot defeat me!". That long list of victims now includes all things Microsoft, open source languages, databases, JavaScript, CSS and HTML. He enjoys nothing more than to find a problem, interrogate it, then render it
harmless forever.
Bill started life as a support engineer with IDX (later acquired by GE). He was involved early on with Windows development, then moved on to one of the first healthcare web apps. He joined FairMarket in 1998 as one of its first 10 employees, hired and managed most of their development team, attended their NASDAQ IPO in 2000, then eventually helped sell the company to eBay in 2003. He did stints at eBay and PayPal as a director of product development, then started BStock with Howard.
Bill was an English Lit. major at Haverford College. He gets sentimental about those days, so we don't bring it up much.
