Brian's parents were victims of two cybercrime incidents when he had enough. With his experience in AI, mobile phones, and the telecom industry, he knew how to solve the problem. Getting together a team of the smartest people he has worked with over the years, he formed aiShield.me to use AI to protect people from AI. Before aiShield.me, he
started autoGraph which solved the problem of advertising and privacy in the mobile age (aquisition failed and closed during COVID). before that he founded SNAPin Software which provided self-service customer care for mobile phones, solving the problem of keeping smartphones working and reducing customer care costs. It was sold to Nuance for $220 million. Before SNAPin, Brian founded Action Engine which created one of the first commercial intelligent agents (now known as AI Bots) for early mobile devices, and for which he was named a Computerworld Smithsonian laureate. He began attending the University of Southern California at the age of 15 and later was mentored by William(Bill) Lear, the creator of the Lear Jet.
