Mr. Cox has more than 10 years of experience in areas related to complex financial structuring and to financial and M&A advisory. Most recently, Mr. Cox served as Advisor to the Board of Directors and Director of Corporate and Business Development of Biovest International. Prior to Biovest, Mr. Cox was a co-Founder of Seneschal Group, a family
office advisory firm that provided estate structuring and closely held investment advisory services to multi- generational, multi-jurisdictional families in the U.S., Asia and in Europe. Mr. Cox began his career as an investment banker with Innovation Advisors in Chicago and Financial Technology Partners in San Francisco. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Lake Forest College.
