Marshall is a Partner at Simon Equity Partners (“SEP”) and joined the firm in 2014. Prior to joining SEP, Marshall was an investment banker with Piper Jaffray, a leading middle-market investment bank. At Piper Jaffray, Marshall was a member of the firm’s consumer and retail team, where he worked directly with companies and management teams across
the apparel and retail, consumer products, food, beverage, wellness and restaurant verticals. Marshall began his career in investment banking at BB&T Capital Markets, working as a generalist in the firm’s M&A group. Marshall currently serves on the Board of Directors for Equator Coffee, Guideboat Co., Wise Sons and Boon Supply Co.
Marshall earned his B.S. degree in Finance from The Wake Forest University School of Business.
