Matt Laessig is a co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Data.World, the most meaningful, collaborative, and abundant data resource in the world. He is an executive with over 18 years of experience in growing technology and internet businesses.
Previously, Laessig held various leadership roles as Vice President at HomeAway and
Bazaarvoice. He was also the general manager of BedandBreakfast.com.
Laessig holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and English from the University of Wisconsin, a Master’s degree in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton Business School.
