Reed Henry is the chief marketing officer at Genesys. He is responsible for the company’s worldwide marketing, including product and solution marketing, go-to-market programs and lead generation.
Reed joined Genesys in 2012. Prior to Genesys, Reed led marketing for ArcSight Corporation where he transformed marketing to fuel the company’s growth
from a private company to a successful fast-growing public company. Previously, Reed led marketing and business development for SeeBeyond, a public company focused on business process and composite applications, and prior to that strategy, mergers and acquisitions and new business categories for eBay. Reed also co-founded Vertical Networks, a company delivering contact center and unified communications solutions for small to midsize companies and branch offices.
Reed holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Washington, a master's degree in electrical engineering from the California Institute of Technology, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
